INTRODUCTION
A mod is a special kind of component that changes the behavior of your ship's weapons of the same type.
A ship can equip a maximum of one mod, even if they have extra components available.
Mods are an advanced feature and should be used with a specific purpose. Without a specific plan in mind, a unit is typically better adding larger weapons or more defenses.

ARES MOD
Modifies your Autocannon to become a Warcannon, which is highly effective against units with high block values.
KRATOS MOD
Modifies your Autocannon to become an Impact Cannon. Deals fully damage in one shot. On a hit, applies the stop condition, setting sets the target's speed to zero.
EOS MOD
Modifies your Laser to become a Dawnlance, which can fire additional shots per volley.
POSEIDON MOD
Modifies your Laser to become a Tidal Blast, which knocks the target back a distance but increases your laser's cooldown and use time.
ARTEMIS MOD
Modifies your Missile to become an Artemissile, which has additional range.
APOLLO MOD
Modifies your Repairbeam to become a Solar Beam, which improves healing values and allows your repair beam to apply to shields.
CERBERUS MOD
Modifies your Missile to become an Inferno Launcher, which applies burning, dealing damage over time.
